    Be aware of the limited warranty!

    I bought a car from Poole Bay Motors in 2016. It came with their warranty. Two months later, the car developed a fault and I had to take it to another garage. I ended up with a £1200 bill, but the warranty only paid out £500. I asked Poole Bay Motors to help me with the remaining £700 bill, as I had only had the car a couple of months, but they would not.

    The warranty we offer covers up to £500 plus VAT....£600 for every claim. This particular problem was the ac compressor. If the car had been taken to an independent garage as advised the allowance would have covered the cost. Instead it was taken to a main dealer which doubled the price.
